Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used footwear.

  • Shoes with visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
